(1) There shall be
teachers and employees at the Academy in required numbers.
(2) The teachers and employees of the Academy shall be
appointed on the recommendation of the Service Commission as
prescribed.
(3) The functions, duties and powers, remuneration, facilities and
conditions of service of the teachers and employees of the Academy
pursuant shall be as prescribed.
